In the first quarter of 2025, the iOS shoot'em up game category in Portugal showcased varied performance metrics. According to Sensor Tower, these top games demonstrated distinct trends in downloads, revenue, and user engagement.

Archero 2 from HABBY, released in January 2025, saw its weekly revenue peak at $5.4K in late January, with a gradual decline to around $2.5K by the end of March. Weekly downloads began strong at 9.4K but dropped steadily, reaching just 133 by the quarter's end. Active users started at 6K, peaking mid-January at nearly 10K, followed by a consistent decline to 4K.

1945 Air Force: Airplane Games by ONESOFT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a notable spike to $1.2K in late February. Downloads increased to 1K in early March, before tapering off. The active user base grew to 2.8K in early March, decreasing to 1.3K by quarter's end.

Wing Fighter from MINIGAME ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED had a modest revenue peak of $939 in early February. Downloads were minimal, peaking at 111 in January, with no significant activity in March. Active users decreased from 214 to 84 throughout the quarter.
